Abstract :Tobacco related cancers account for major share of all cancers. In India, tobacco consumption is responsible for half of all the cancers in men and a quarter of all cancers in women. India also has one of the highest rates of oral cancer in the world, partly attributed to high prevalence of tobacco chewing. This article deals with the data based from the cancer registries from various part of the country.
